Trouble Ticket

Usage: Use the trouble ticket system if you are having issues with the purchase, download, creation or use of the EZ OS Install products.

Email

Usage: Use email in the case that the trouble ticket system fails. Trouble tickets are by far the most efficient way to get a quick answer to your issue as they are monitored frequently and can be seen by all support staff.

Forums

Usage: Please use our forums at PCHelpLIVE.com for any issue which does not pertain to EZ OS Install. Any requests submitted through Email or trouble tickets which do not will be refered to the forums for assistance.
